AH! You’re showing yourself to be very intelligent. The first time I had a case that I had never done before, I struggled for weeks to make it through. I didn’t know where to turn. That’s when I decided that if I ever became proficient, I’d offer my services to help other legal nurse consultants get through tough cases. With this package you get one thing, a coach to walk you through the parts of the case you don’t understand! I am an instructor at Duke and at the University of North Carolina in the legal nurse consulting programs. Both programs follow the guidelines established by the AALNC. I do provide individual tutoring and each coaching session is set up with your personal goals in mind.
You’ll find this to be invaluable. Your coach is available to you during business hours, and by arrangement after hours, to answer questions and give ideas on the issues you aren’t clear on. You can use e-mail and / or phone conversations to communicate with your coach. Contact her…tell her you’ve taken on a toxic tort and haven’t ever done that before!
